at O'Neil Wysocki, P.C.
Understanding the emotional and the business aspects of the practice of family law, Eric concentrates his efforts on those objectives that are closest to helping him achieve his clients' goals. Eric's successful collaborative law practice concentrates on resolution of his client’s individual and mutual goals through interest-based negotiations with the opposing party. Part of what makes him a great collaborative law attorney is Eric’s ability to listen well and discern which cases may be suited for and which would benefit from the additional privacy and confidentiality inherent in the collaborative law process.
An equally successful litigator, Eric's trial practice is committed to zealous and aggressive representation in the courtroom. When the time arrives for Eric to litigate his client’s family law matters, he advocates and advances his client’s position effectively and efficiently, taking time to educate his client while moving through the process.
Eric acknowledges the importance of the attorney-client relationship and works together with his clients to prosecute, defend and protect their interests as well as their children's interests. He also strongly believes in the importance of recognizing and addressing his clients' goals and concerns, and works with his clients to more easily clarify their intentions.
